Apricot Breakfast Spread

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup parmesan or asiago cheese, shredded

1/2 jar onion pepper jelly

3-4 fresh apricots, chopped

Slivered Almonds, optional


Mix together the cheeses, jelly and apricots and mix well to combine.  Garnish with slivered almonds and serve on bagels or toast.
