artichoke dip


Sacheli’s Artichoke Dip

1/2 jar Onion Garlic Jelly

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (8 oz.) brick cream cheese

1 can marinated artichokes

1 c. shredded mozzarella

1 c. shredded sharp cheddar

1/2 c. shredded parmesan

1/2 sour cream


Drain the artichokes and dice them up. Mix together all the ingredients  in the bowl of a small crock pot. Heat until all the cheese is melted.  Serve on chips or crackers or as a unique

sandwich spread.
