Glazed Salmon

  • 1 1/2 pounds Salmon Fillet
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs. butter, melted

Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and lime juice. Brush salmon with juice mixture and grill 7 minutes per side or bake for 20 minutes until the fish is flakey. Pour half of the jelly into a dish and with a basting brush glaze the fish on both sides. Cook one minute more and present with remaining jelly as a dipping sauce
