Lucca’s Favorite Pork Chops
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
2 packages shake and bake parmesan coating for pork or chicken
1 jar onion pepper jelly
4-6 pork chops bone in or boneless
Non stick spray
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a shallow dish pour half of the jar of onion pepper jelly. Reserve the remainder for dipping at the table. In a zip top bag or in the bag that came with the coating mix shake together the bread crumbs and the cheese. Dip both sides of each pork chop into the onion jelly (this is the glue) then shake it in the bag of crumbs. Remove it from the bag onto a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Repeat with the remaining pork chops. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork is no longer pink in the middle (165 degrees). Serve with reserved onion pepper jelly for dipping on your plate.
