Olive Spread (think Tapenade) Recipe:
Into a food processor or blender put:
20 Black Olives
20 green olives with pimentos
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 cup (packed) fresh baby spinach leaves
1 t. capers
3 T. onion garlic Jelly
Process for a minute until it’s a fine consistency. Add 3 T. shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese and pulse until combined.
Serve on crackers or bread, or use as a unique sandwich spread.
