Stuffed Mushrooms

 

1 lb. (about 12) fresh mushrooms

4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 a brick)

2 T. Onion Pepper Jelly

1 clove garlic, minced

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup cheddar (or asiago or parmesan) grated

3 T. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray baking sheet with non stick spray.  Remove stems from the mushrooms and discard.  Mix cheeses, garlic, jelly and bacon.  Scoop a generous amount into each mushroom cap.  Top with a sprinkle of bread crumbs.  Bake 18-20 minutes until heated through.
