Zingy Crab Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup hot ketchup
1/2 cup imitation crab, chopped finely
1/3 cup toasted almonds, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the almonds and spread into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle almonds on the top. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot or chilled with crackers bread sticks or melba toast.
